The Organised Tanto
As soon as all colours are suspended from your TANTO secure them by fitting the elastic bands around the ring of pegs. This will keep them safely in place should your TANTO be knocked over.

If your project has more than 50 colours you only need to purchase an extra wheel (or wheels) to hold all the colours you are using. Remember to label each wheel A, B, C etc and also note on your TANTO chart's that the colours are on wheel A, B, C etc. Once your colours are all suspended and secured with the elastic bands you can use the appropriate wheel on the original base and poles while storing the rest until needed.
